I was in charge of organizing the Girls Night Event. The Girls Night Event is one of Heflin Main Streets biggest events of the year. The theme for 2023 was "GNO is Groovy." The 2023 Girls Night Out was the largest ever. Over $13,000 worth of business was made.

I included all of the marketing materials I created for the event. I made a custom post for each business participating with their specials for the event as well as additional information explaining the details of the event. Also, to encourage women to shop we gave out punch cards that could be turned in to enter into a giveaway. I created this handout that was given to every participant. On the front it has the 10 punch card spots and then on the back it has a map indicating every downtown business that is participanting in the event. All marketing materials were created using Canva.
